NEPTUNE

This could arguably be Uranus' bluer twin, having a similar size and range of temperatures. This switches orbits with Pluto 20 years out of its revolution around the sun and experiences some of the coldest temperatures in the System. Mathematical predictions discovered this planet after Uranus. The bluish color is due to methane and another unknown compound. The winds are 3x stronger than Uranus'.
