URANUS

This particularly odd planet orbits with its rings on its side. It spins in retrograde motion about its axis like

Venus and emits an aqua look due to the methane in its atmosphere. This and Neptune are also ice

giants. Either pole either faces full exposure to the sun or faces completely away from the system.
